For those participants who do not have the means of attending the event personally, we provide video conferencing facilities and make sure that they are able to perform an online presentation to the conference audiences and referees. Similar to physical presentations, the authors of selected papers that wish to present their work online are asked to prepare and submit their slides and login to our system at the time of their presentation. The duration of the presentation would be similar to normal presentations and there will be a Q&A session right after, where the commission chair(s) will ask questions and/or provide feedback on their presentation/article.
Please note that regardless of the type of presentation, all presented articles will get indexed in ISC and extended versions of selected papers will be published by Springer and indexed in Scopus. The selection of the papers will take place after the conference.
While we provide the necessary infrastructure for video-conferencing, authors whom wish to use this service should ensure that they have the proper infrastructure on their side as well. For this you should:
A. Use a system with:
• 1.4 GHz processor and above
• 2 GB of RAM and more
• Sound card
• Webcam
B. Have a proper Internet connection with the minimum bandwidth of 2048 kbps
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
- Installing the required software that we send to you at least 1 week before the start of the conference.
- Sending PowerPoint presentation slides 1 week before the conference to the announced email.
Participants who intend to use video conferencing should contact and inform us at least 10 days before the conference date.
